WHY POWDER COATING

Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes, meaning it is extremely durable. The process is also environmentally friendly as virtually no pollutants are released into the air.

DURABILITY IS THE KEY

Powder coating provides an impact-resistant surface that helps maintain the finish of valuable tools and other items. Due to its relatively rough surface, powder coating is able to disperse the energy from what could otherwise cause dents and other damage. In addition, when there is the potential for a scratch, powder coating makes it harder for the scratching object to maintain consistent contact with whatever the powder coating is covering.

COLOURS

We use various powders such as Epoxy, Polyester, and Polyurethane as well as architectural and made to order powders. The range of colours available is virtually unlimited, and we specialise in the powder coating of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

OVEN CURED

Once coated, your materials will be placed in a curing oven. These ovens are capable of curing items up to 5 metres in length, 2 metres in height and 2 metres in width with almost no restriction on weight.

ANTIBACTERIAL COATINGS

We offer specialist indoor antibacterial epoxy-polyester powder coating. It can reduce bacterial population by 90% as tested on bacteria such as Listeria, E-Coli, Salmonella and Legionella whilst maintaining all of the characteristics of a regular powder coating.
